The invention discloses a steer-by-wire system structure and control parameter integrated optimization method, and the method comprises the steps: firstly carrying out the structure splitting of a steer-by-wire system, dividing the steer-by-wire system into an upper-layer road feeling simulation subsystem and a lower-layer turning angle execution subsystem, and designing the control strategy of each subsystem, and division of system levels is realized so as to simplify and optimize the problem. And then primary integrated optimization of respective structures and control parameters of the steering-by-wire system and the steering-by-wire system is carried out on the subsystem level, so that the parameter design range of different components of the steering-by-wire system is determined. And finally, secondary integrated optimization design is carried out on the system layer of the steer-by-wire system, and it is guaranteed that the comprehensive performance of the whole system layer is optimal.

    本发明公开了一种线控转向系统结构及控制参数集成优化方法,本发明首先通过对线控转向系统进行结构拆分,将其划分为上层路感模拟子系统和下层转角执行子系统,并分别设计各子系统的控制策略,实现对系统层次的划分以简化优化问题。然后在子系统层面进行两者各自的结构及控制参数的一级集成优化,以明确线控转向系统不同组成部分的参数设计范围。最后在线控转向系统的系统层进行二级集成优化设计,保证整个系统层面的综合性能最优。
