The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle two-axis cradle head and a control method thereof, and relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, the unmanned aerial vehicle two-axis cradle head comprises a support, a camera, an upper-layer driving structure, a lower-layer driving structure and a conductive slip ring, the camera is arranged on the support and rotatably connected with the support, the upper-layer driving structure drives the camera to rotate around a first axis, and the lower-layer driving structure drives the conductive slip ring to rotate around a second axis; a wire of the camera and a wire of the upper-layer driving structure are both connected with the conductive slip ring, the rotating end of the conductive slip ring is connected with the lower-layer driving structure and the support, the lower-layer driving structure drives the camera to rotate around a second axis, the upper-layer driving structure and the lower-layer driving structure are both horizontally arranged, and the first axis is perpendicular to the second axis. According to the invention, the layout mode that two motors are vertically arranged in a traditional holder is avoided, and the size of the holder is greatly reduced; by adopting the circuit connection mode of the invention, the camera can realize 360-degree dead-angle-free rotation, and the camera can continuously rotate around the axis of the conductive slip ring without limitation.

    本发明公开了一种无人机两轴云台及其控制方法,涉及无人机技术领域,包括支架、摄像头、上层驱动结构、下层驱动结构和导电滑环,摄像头设置在支架上,摄像头与支架转动连接,上层驱动结构驱动摄像头围绕第一轴线转动,摄像头的导线和上层驱动结构的导线均与导电滑环连接,导电滑环的旋转端与下层驱动结构、支架连接,下层驱动结构驱动摄像头围绕第二轴线转动,上层驱动结构和下层驱动结构均水平设置,第一轴线与第二轴线垂直。本发明避免了传统云台需要两个电机垂直排布的布局方式,大大减少了云台体积;采用本发明的电路连线方式,可以使摄像头实现360度无死角旋转,且没有限位可以无限连续绕导电滑环的轴线旋转。
