The invention provides a variable-damping dynamic vibration absorber and a ship deck. Comprising a piston rod, a damping box and a plurality of through holes. A damping plate is arranged in the damping box body, an inner cavity of the damping box body is divided into an upper box body and a lower box body by the damping plate, and the upper box body and the lower box body are filled with damping liquid; the piston rod is inserted into the damping box and is in threaded connection with the damping plate. The multiple through holes are evenly distributed in the damping plate, and when the damping plate slides relative to the damping box body, damping liquid flows between the upper box body and the lower box body through the multiple through holes. The diameters of the multiple through holes are variable so as to change the flow resistance of the damping liquid, and the damping box body can be provided with different damping ratios. The variable-damping dynamic vibration absorber is arranged at different equipment positions of a ship deck, and the size of the box body, the loading capacity of the damping liquid and the diameter of the through hole are changed according to the vibration frequency and magnitude of the equipment, so that the vibration reduction requirements of various kinds of equipment are met. The device is simple in structure, high in practicability, stable in structure and capable of meeting the requirement for stable use of the ship under the severe working condition that the ship shakes on the sea.
