The invention discloses a synchronous control method and system for a plate pushing machine and a friction driving motor of a friction line, and the method comprises the steps: enabling a controller to transmit a first control instruction set to a frequency converter when a first motor of the friction line drives a lifting tool to move from a first set point to a second set point; the frequency converter controls the second motor according to the first control instruction set, so that the second motor drives the pushing claw to move from the retreating in-place point to the advancing in-place point, and the pushing claw and the first motor synchronously drive the lifting appliance to move from the first set point to the second set point in the moving process; after the lifting appliance moves to a second set point, the controller sends a second control instruction set to the frequency converter; and the frequency converter controls the second motor according to the second control instruction set, so that the second motor drives the push pawl to return from the advancing in-place point to the retreating in-place point. According to the invention, the lifting appliance slipping phenomenon can be effectively avoided, so that the equipment failure stop time and the quality risk of a pretreatment tank car are reduced.

    本发明公开一种摩擦线的推板机与摩擦驱动电机同步控制方法及系统,其中控制方法包括:当摩擦线的第一电机驱动吊具从第一设定点向第二设定点移动时,控制器向变频器发送第一控制指令集合;变频器根据第一控制指令集合对第二电机进行控制,使第二电机驱动推爪从后退到位点移动到向前进到位点,推爪移动过程中与第一电机同步驱动吊具从第一设定点向第二设定点移动;吊具移动到第二设定点后,控制器向变频器发送第二控制指令集合;变频器根据第二控制指令集合对第二电机进行控制,使第二电机驱动推爪从前进到位点返回后退到位点。本发明可以有效的杜绝吊具打滑现象,从而降低设备故障停台时间以及前处理泡槽车质量风险。
