The invention discloses an electromagnet-based micro-nano satellite inertia on-orbit release device and a connecting structure, and belongs to the technical field of micro-nano satellite on-orbit release. The device comprises a mechanical arm tail end connecting mechanism and a micro-nano satellite release mechanism tail end connecting mechanism; the mechanical arm tail end connecting mechanism comprises a chassis screw hole, an electromagnet, a spring, a connecting block, a clamping piece and a clamping piece through hole; the mechanism connected with the tail end of the micro-nano satellite release mechanism comprises a sleeve and a clamping groove. In a locking state, the electromagnet is not electrified, the spring just supports the connecting block, and the clamping piece extends out to be clamped in the clamping groove; during unlocking, the electromagnet is electrified to attract the iron connecting block to get close, and the clamping piece is just driven to retract and can be separated from the sleeve. Through the simple design of the electromagnet and the mechanical structure, cooperation of the space micro-nano satellite release mechanism and the tail end of the multifunctional mechanical arm is achieved, and the space micro-nano satellite release mechanism has the beneficial effects of being simple in structure, stable in control, high in expansibility and the like.

    本发明公开一种基于电磁铁的微纳卫星惯性在轨释放装置与连接结构,属于微纳卫星在轨释放技术领域,所述装置包括与机械臂末端连接机构和与微纳卫星释放机构末端连接机构,所述与机械臂末端连接机构包括底盘螺孔、电磁铁、弹簧、连接块、卡件、卡件通孔;所述与微纳卫星释放机构末端连接机构包括套筒、卡槽。锁定状态下电磁铁不通电,弹簧恰支撑连接块,卡件伸出卡在卡槽中;解锁时给电磁铁通电,吸引铁质连接块靠拢,恰带动卡件收回,即可与套筒分离。本发明通过简易的电磁铁与机械结构的设计实现了空间微纳卫星释放机构与多功能机械臂末端的配合,具有结构简易、控制稳定、可拓展性强等特点。
