The invention relates to a lifting electromagnet device, and belongs to the technical field of electromagnetic lifting. The invention provides the lifting electromagnet device comprising a shell and aplurality of electromagnets, wherein the plurality of electromagnets are mounted on the shell; each electromagnet comprises a telescopic rod assembly and an electromagnet attraction block, the telescopic rod assembly is installed on the shell and penetrates through a bottom plate of the shell, and the electromagnet attraction block is installed at the end of the telescopic rod assembly; and eachtelescopic rod assembly is provided with an initial position and a deformation position, when the electromagnet attraction blocks of the plurality of electromagnets make contact with the surface of amagnetic conductive object with an irregular shape, the telescopic rod assemblies of the electromagnets can deform to the deformation position from the initial position, and the electromagnet attraction blocks corresponding to the telescopic rod assemblies are attached to the surface of the magnetic conductive object with the irregular shape. The lifting electromagnet device can increase the contact area between the lifting electromagnet device and the magnetic conductive object with the irregular shape, so that the magnetic conductive object with the irregular shape can be stably and reliablylifted.

    本申请涉及一种起重电磁铁装置,属于电磁起重技术领域。本申请提出一种起重电磁铁装置,包括:壳体;多个电磁铁,多个电磁铁安装于所述壳体;电磁铁包括伸缩杆组件和电磁铁吸块,伸缩杆组件安装于壳体且贯穿壳体的底板,电磁铁吸块安装于伸缩杆组件的端部;每个伸缩杆组件具有初始位置和形变位置,当多个电磁铁的电磁铁吸块接触不规则外形的导磁物体的表面时,每个电磁铁的伸缩杆组件能够从初始位置变形至形变位置,使与其对应的电磁铁吸块贴合于不规则外形的导磁物体的表面。该起重电磁铁装置能够增加其与不规则外形的导磁物体的接触面积,从而能够稳定可靠地吊运不规则外形的导磁物体。
