The invention provides a lifting beam device matched with a lifting electromagnet. The lifting beam device comprises a lifting beam assembly, two lifting mechanisms, two rotating mechanisms and two supporting arm assemblies, wherein the lifting beam assembly plays a supporting role, the two lifting mechanisms are slidably connected to the two ends of the lifting beam assembly in the height direction respectively, the two rotating mechanisms are in one-to-one correspondence with the two lifting mechanisms and are rotatably connected to the corresponding lifting mechanisms respectively, and thetwo supporting arm assemblies are in one-to-one correspondence with the two rotating mechanisms and are arranged at the bottom ends of the corresponding rotating mechanisms respectively. According tothe lifting beam device, the supporting arm assemblies rotate relative to the lifting mechanisms along with the rotating mechanisms, so that two supporting parts are formed under a to-be-lifted part to support the two ends of the to-be-lifted part in an auxiliary manner respectively, the to-be-lifted part is supported when the lifting electromagnet fails and falls off, and thus the reliability ofcarrying the to-be-lifted part by using the lifting electromagnet is improved through the mechanical structure for preventing the to-be-lifted part from falling off.

    本发明提供了一种起重电磁铁配套吊梁装置,该吊梁装置包括:吊梁组件,起到支撑作用;两个升降机构,分别沿高度方向可滑动地连接在所述吊梁组件的两端;两个旋转机构,与两个所述升降机构一一对应,并且,两个所述旋转机构分别可转动地连接在对应的升降机构上;两个托臂组件,与两个所述旋转机构一一对应,并且,两个所述托臂组件分别设置在对应的旋转机构的底端。本发明通过托臂组件随所述旋转机构相对于所述升降机构转动,以在所述待吊装件的正下方形成两个支撑部,对所述待吊装件的两端分别进行辅助支撑,在起重电磁铁失效掉落时对待吊装件进行支撑,即通过防待吊装件掉落机械结构,增加使用起重电磁铁搬运待吊装件的可靠性。
