The invention provides a robot chassis, a mobile transfer robot and a chassis adjusting method. The robot chassis comprises a chassis body, a driving wheel assembly and an elastic adjusting assembly. The driving wheel assembly is hinged to the chassis body and can rotate relative to the chassis body. The elastic adjusting assembly comprises a vibration reduction rod assembly hinged to the driving wheel assembly, and the vibration reduction rod assembly is used for pushing the driving wheel assembly to rotate relative to the chassis body. And the driving mechanism is used for adjusting the pressure applied to the driving wheel assembly by the damping rod assembly. According to the above description, the driving mechanism drives the vibration reduction rod assembly to drive the change of pressure applied to the driving wheel assembly, the driving wheel assembly hinged to the chassis body correspondingly rotates, the positive pressure of the driving wheel on the ground changes, the chassis body is applied to various scenes, and therefore the overall stability of the transfer robot is greatly enhanced; and when the robot breaks down, the positive pressure of the driving wheels on the ground is adjusted to be reduced, so that the robot can be manually pushed away for maintenance.

    本发明提供了一种机器人底盘、移动搬运机器人及调整底盘的方法,机器人底盘包括底盘本体、驱动轮组件及弹性调节组件;驱动轮组件与底盘本体铰接并可相对底盘本体转动;弹性调节组件包括与驱动轮组件铰接的减振杆组件,减振杆组件用于推动驱动轮组件相对底盘本体转动;还包括用于调整减振杆组件施加到驱动轮组件上压力的驱动机构。由以上描述中可以看出,在驱动机构驱动减振杆组件对驱动轮组件施加压力的变化,使铰接在底盘本体上的驱动轮组件对应转动,驱动轮对地面的正压力产生变化,使底盘本体应用于多种场景,从而极大的增强了搬运机器人的整机稳定性;并在机器人发生故障时,调节驱动轮对地面的正压力变小,使人工便可将机器人进行推离维修。
