The invention relates to a tower crane cooperative control system and method based on intelligent monitoring. According to the method, the 3D models of the goods and the tower crane are established in the transfer simulation system, so that the whole transfer process is firstly simulated in software; the working parameters of the hoisting mechanism, the luffing mechanism and the slewing mechanism of the whole tower crane system in the transfer process are recorded, and after the working parameters are sent to the tower crane controller, on one hand, the tower crane controller can control each module of the tower crane by taking the working parameters as target parameters; on the other hand, the working parameters can be compared with the target parameters after the operation is completed in the sub-steps, so that double insurance is provided on the aspect of ensuring the operation precision; and the image acquisition device is arranged and is used for acquiring the moving track of each component, so that the actual moving track is compared with the simulated moving track, the actual positions of each hoisting mechanism, each luffing mechanism and each slewing mechanism are monitored in real time in the actual working process, the working accuracy is ensured, and the safety is improved.

    本发明涉及一种基于智能监测的塔式起重机协同控制系统及方法。本发明通过在转运模拟系统中建立货物和塔机的3D模型,从而实现在软件中先模拟整个转运过程;并记录在转运过程中整个塔机系统的起升机构、变幅机构、回转机构的工作参数,将工作参数发送到塔机控制器后,一方面塔机控制器可以将工作参数作为目标参数对塔机的各个模块进行控制;另一方面也可以在运转完成子步骤后将工作参数与目标参数进行对比,从而在保证运转精度上提供双保险;设置图像采集装置,图像采集装置采集各个部件的运行轨迹,从而将实际运行轨迹与模拟运行轨迹相比较,保证了在实际工作过程中实时监测各个起升机构、变幅机构、回转机构的实际位置,保证工作准确性,提高安全性。
