The invention provides an automobile suspension and a detection method thereof, and relates to the technical field of automobile parts, the automobile suspension comprises a casting saddle, a rubber spring and a connecting mechanism; the casting saddle is integrally formed, a containing groove is formed in the end, close to the connecting mechanism, of the casting saddle, the containing groove is concave inwards and used for containing the rubber spring, the side wall of the containing groove is connected with one end of the rubber spring, the other end of the rubber spring is connected with the connecting mechanism, and in other words, the casting saddle is connected with the connecting mechanism through the rubber spring. The rubber spring can apply acting force opposite to the moving direction of the connecting mechanism to the connecting mechanism, so that the casting saddle and the rubber spring are relatively stable, the technical problem that the welding position is prone to cracking is solved through integral forming of the casting saddle, and the technical effects that the casting saddle is firm in structure and the machining cost is saved are achieved.

    本发明提供了一种汽车悬架及其检测方法,涉及汽车零件的技术领域,包括:铸造鞍座、橡胶弹簧和连接机构;铸造鞍座一体成型,铸造鞍座靠近连接机构的一端设置有容置槽,容置槽向内凹陷,容置槽用于放置橡胶弹簧,容置槽的侧壁与橡胶弹簧的一端连接,橡胶弹簧的另一端与连接机构连接,即,铸造鞍座通过橡胶弹簧与连接机构连接,橡胶弹簧能够向连接机构施加与连接机构运动方向相反的作用力,以使铸造鞍座和橡胶弹簧相对稳定,通过铸造鞍座一体成型,解决了焊接处容易发生开裂的技术问题,达到了铸造鞍座结构结实,节约加工成本的技术效果。
