A supporting piece is arranged on the inner wall of the positioning groove, a towing hook opening cover is arranged on the surface of the vehicle body, the pressure-bearing cable is fixedly sleeved with the compression spring, and the end, close to the towing hook opening cover, of the compression spring is fixedly connected with the connecting point of the pressure-bearing cable and the towing hook. The dynamic unhooking structure is arranged in the mode that when the tow hook opening cover is opened, the compression spring in the compressed state recovers the original shape to drive the tow hook to pop out of the positioning groove in the length direction of the positioning groove. By arranging the dynamic unhooking structure, the towing hook can be quickly popped out to fix the vehicle to a safe area when an accident occurs.
