The invention discloses a production method of an automobile interior ceiling, and relates to the technical field of automobile manufacturing. The method comprises the following steps: A, compounding a hot-rolled non-woven fabric layer, a first glass fiber layer, a PU foaming layer and a second glass fiber layer together; b, transversely laying a light-guide fiber layer on the second glass fiber layer, then setting a cut-off point at a set position of the light-guide fiber layer, and dripping transparent quick-drying epoxy resin glue into the cut-off point; c, covering the PVC light-transmitting leather layer on the light-guide fiber layer, and pasting and fixing the PVC light-transmitting leather layer; and D, the hot-rolled non-woven fabric layer, the first glass fiber layer, the PU foaming layer, the second glass fiber layer, the light-guide fiber layer and the PVC light-transmitting leather layer which are formed in an attached mode are fixed to a ceiling framework together. The problems that the framework strength of the interior ceiling is weakened due to the fact that the current automotive interior ceiling with the starry sky light spot effect needs to be punched, and potential safety hazards are caused due to the fact that light-guide fibers protrude on the surface of the interior ceiling and are prone to pricking hands can be solved.

    本发明公开了一种汽车内饰顶棚的生产方法,涉及汽车制造技术领域;它包括如下步骤:A、将热轧无纺布层、第一玻璃纤维层、PU发泡层和第二玻璃纤维层复合在一起;B、将光导纤维层横向铺设在第二玻璃纤维层上,然后在光导纤维层的设定位置上设置截断点,并在截断点滴入透明快干环氧树脂胶水;C、将PVC透光皮革层覆盖在光导纤维层上并粘贴固定;D、将贴合成型的热轧无纺布层、第一玻璃纤维层、PU发泡层、第二玻璃纤维层、光导纤维层和PVC透光皮革层一起固定在顶棚骨架上。本发明可以解决当前具有星空光点效果的汽车内饰顶棚需要打孔,会削弱内饰顶棚的骨架强度,并且在内饰顶棚表面会有光导纤维突出,容易扎手造成安全隐患的问题。
