PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a ceiling interior material for vehicles which reduces the number of steps including a step of molding a ceiling interior material and subsequent assembly steps and, at the same time, improves the vehicle indoor environment, including adiabaticity and sound absorbency, for crews and a polyurethane material suitable for it.SOLUTION: Polyurethane foam is molded integrally with a skin and wiring members which ceiling interior materials for vehicles need. The integral molding is nearly equal in shape to a roof vehicle indoor side and can be arranged with no clearance between the roof shape and it. The polyurethane foam is prepared from a specified polyurethane raw material and has excellent adiabaticity and sound absorbency as a ceiling interior material.
【課題】車両用天井内装材の成形工程とその後の組み立て工数を削減し、同時に乗員のための車両室内環境(断熱性と吸音性能)を向上することができる車両用天井内装材の製造方法と、それに適したポリウレタン材料を提供する。【解決手段】ポリウレタンフォームが、車両用天井内装材として必要な表皮や配索部材などと一体成形される。この一体成形品は車両のルーフ車室内側の形状とほぼ一致しており、ルーフ形状と隙間なく設置できる。このポリウレタンフォームは特定のポリウレタン原料から用意され、天井内装材として断熱性と吸音性に優れた特性を有する。【選択図】図2
