The invention provides a cruise ship block weighing method, and relates to the field of ship construction. The method comprises the following steps that S10, weighing equipment is placed on a block jig frame or a total assembly site; s20, the cruise ship block located at the top of the block jig frame or the block jig frame located at the top of the assembly site is jacked through the weighing equipment; and S30, collecting and analyzing data measured by the weighing equipment to obtain the weight of the cruise ship block. According to the cruise ship block weighing method, in various block weighing schemes, the number and distribution of the jacking points of the weighing equipment are reasonable, and therefore it is guaranteed that the cruise ship structure is not subjected to jacking deformation. When the block types are different or the building modes are different, the jacking point arrangement scheme of the weighing equipment has good universality and can be suitable for most of the blocks of the cruise ship, and weighing data can have high accuracy, so that weighing operation standardization can be achieved, and the operation efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供了一种邮轮总段称重方法,涉及船舶建造领域。其包括如下步骤:S10:将称重设备放置于总段胎架之上或者总组场地之上;S20:利用所述称重设备顶升位于所述总段胎架顶部的邮轮总段或者位于所述总组场地的顶部的所述总段胎架;S30:收集并分析所述称重设备测得的数据,以获知所述邮轮总段的重量。根据本发明的邮轮总段称重方法,在各类型总段称重方案中,称重设备顶升点数量和分布合理,从而确保邮轮结构不发生顶升变形。而当总段类型不同或者建造方式不同时,本发明中称重设备的顶升点布置方案具有良好的通用性,能够适用于邮轮的大部分总段,并且能够称重数据具有较高的准确性,如此能够实现称重作业标准化,提高作业效率。
