The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical tires, and discloses engineering tire tread rubber which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of a raw rubber system, 60-65 parts of a reinforcing system and 1-3 parts of bonding resin, wherein the raw rubber system comprises 85-95 parts of styrene butadiene rubber and 5-15 parts of natural rubber. By optimizing and adjusting a raw rubber system, a reinforcing system and an overall formula and combining with matched application of flame-retardant materials, the oxygen index of tread rubber can be increased to 26% or above; by optimizing a raw rubber system, the dosage of inflammable adhesive resin in the formula can be reduced on the premise of ensuring the adhesive force of the tread rubber, so that the oxygen index of the tread rubber is improved; by optimizing a reinforcing filling system, combustible carbon black is partially replaced by non-combustible white carbon black, so that the flammability of the tread rubber is reduced, and the oxygen index of the tread rubber is improved.
本发明涉及机械轮胎技术领域,公开了一种工程胎胎面胶,以质量份数计,包括:生胶体系100份、补强体系60‑65份和粘合树脂1‑3份;其中所述生胶体系包括85‑95份丁苯橡胶和5‑15份天然橡胶。本发明通过对生胶体系、补强体系以及整体配方上的优化调整,结合阻燃材料搭配应用,胎面胶氧指数可以提升至26%以上;通过对生胶体系的优化,在保证胎面胶粘合力的前提下可以降低配方中易燃物粘合树脂的用量,从而提高胎面胶的氧指数;通过对补强填充体系的优化,使用不可燃的白炭黑部分替换可燃的炭黑,降低胎面胶的可燃性,提高胎面胶的氧指数。
