The invention provides an anti-falling hoisting mechanism of a boiler wall-climbing robot. The anti-falling hoisting mechanism comprises a support; the anti-falling device is connected to the support, and an anti-falling rope of the anti-falling device is provided with a first connecting end connected with the boiler wall-climbing robot; the winch is used for winding a cable, and the free end of the cable is a second connecting end connected with the boiler wall-climbing robot; and part of the cable released by the winch is wound on the speed limiter. According to the technical scheme, the gravity of the cable borne by the boiler wall-climbing robot can be reduced, so that the probability that the boiler wall-climbing robot slides down quickly and even overturns is reduced, and the working efficiency of the boiler wall-climbing robot is guaranteed. Besides, even if the boiler wall-climbing robot slides down quickly and even overturns, the falling protector can pull the boiler wall-climbing robot to prevent the boiler wall-climbing robot from falling to the boiler water-cooled wall pipeline, so that on one hand, the boiler water-cooled wall pipeline is prevented from being damaged, and on the other hand, the service life of the boiler wall-climbing robot is guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种锅炉爬壁机器人的防坠吊装机构,包括:支架;防坠器,连接于支架上,防坠器的防坠绳具有与锅炉爬壁机器人连接的第一连接端;卷扬机,卷绕线缆,线缆的自由端为与锅炉爬壁机器人连接的第二连接端;限速器,被卷扬机释放的部分线缆卷绕于限速器上。应用本发明的技术方案,能够减少锅炉爬壁机器人所受到的线缆的重力,从而降低锅炉爬壁机器人快速下滑,甚至倾覆的现象发生的几率,进而保证锅炉爬壁机器人工作效率。此外,即使锅炉爬壁机器人出现了快速下滑,甚至倾覆的现象,防坠器也能够拉住锅炉爬壁机器人,防止锅炉爬壁机器人掉落至锅炉水冷壁管道,一方面保证锅炉水冷壁管道不受损害,另一方面保证锅炉爬壁机器人的使用寿命。
