A luffing encoder mounting mechanism of a marine crane comprises an encoder, a positioning shaft, a connecting shaft, an arm support connecting support, a first mounting support and a second mounting support, a conical shaft section at the front end of the positioning shaft is connected with a center hole of an arm support rotating shaft in a sleeved mode, and the first mounting support comprises an upper mounting circular plate and a lower mounting circular plate. A center hole of the upper mounting circular plate and a center hole of the lower mounting circular plate are located in the same straight line, the rear end of the positioning shaft penetrates through the center hole of the upper mounting circular plate and is fixedly connected with the fixed end of the arm support connecting support sleeved with the center hole of the lower mounting circular plate, and a kidney-shaped hole in the fixed end of the arm support connecting support is fixedly connected with one end of the connecting shaft. The connecting shaft is sleeved in the second mounting bracket through a rolling bearing; and the rear end of the connecting shaft is connected with an input shaft of an encoder sleeved in the second mounting bracket. According to the mechanism, the variable-amplitude angle of the boom is recorded through the encoder, the working radius of the crane is obtained, interference of ship state factors is avoided, and the accuracy is high.

    一种船用起重机变幅编码器安装机构,包括编码器、定位轴、连接轴、臂架连接支架、第一安装支架和第二安装支架,定位轴前端的锥形轴段与臂架回转轴中心孔套接,第一安装支架包括上安装圆板与下安装圆板,上安装圆板的中心孔与下安装圆板的中心孔位于同一直线,定位轴后端穿过上安装圆板的中心孔与套接安装于下安装圆板的中心孔的臂架连接支架的固定端固连,臂架连接支架的固定端的腰形孔与连接轴的一端固连,连接轴通过滚动轴承套接于第二安装支架内,连接轴的后端与套接于第二安装支架内的编码器的输入轴相连。该机构通过编码器记录臂架变幅角度,获取起重机的工作半径,避免了船体状态因素干扰,精确性较高。
