The invention discloses an elevator safety brake, and belongs to the technical field of elevators. Comprising a support, a pay-off mechanism, a brake mechanism, a trigger mechanism and a dust removal mechanism, the pay-off mechanism is arranged at the top of the support, the brake mechanism is arranged on one side of the pay-off mechanism, the trigger mechanism and the dust removal mechanism are both arranged below the brake mechanism, the trigger mechanism is connected with the dust removal mechanism, and the trigger mechanism and the dust removal mechanism are both connected with the support. The brake mechanism is connected with the pay-off mechanism in an abutting mode, the trigger mechanism is connected with the brake mechanism in an abutting mode, when the falling or rising speed of an elevator exceeds the normal speed, the trigger mechanism is started and receives the elevator cable speed, the trigger mechanism pushes the brake mechanism to brake the elevator, and meanwhile the trigger mechanism drives the dust removal mechanism to operate. The dust removal mechanism generates wind power to blow away dust and sundries possibly existing between the brake mechanism and the pay-off mechanism, and the dust and the sundries are prevented from influencing the brake efficiency.

    本发明公开了一种电梯安全制动器,属于电梯技术领域一种电梯安全制动器。包括:支架、放线机构、制动机构、触发机构、除尘机构,所述的放线机构设置于支架顶部,制动机构设置于放线机构一侧,触发机构和除尘机构均设置于制动机构下方,触发机构和除尘机构连接,触发机构和除尘机构均与支架连接,所述的制动机构与放线机构抵触连接,触发机构与制动机构抵触连接,当电梯下落或上升速度超过正常速度时,触发机构启动并接收电梯线缆速度,触发机构推动制动机构对电梯进行制动,与此同时,触发机构同时带动除尘机构运转,除尘机构产生风力将制动机构与放线机构之间可能存在的灰尘和杂物吹走,避免灰尘和杂物影响制动效率。
