The invention relates to special machinery, in particular to an elevator safety brake. The inner brake shoe and the outer brake shoe respectively press the inner side and the outer side of the brake wheel to conduct conventional braking, and emergency braking can be achieved through the speed limiter assembly. When the elevator is used, the traction wheel pulls the lift car through the traction rope to achieve normal up-and-down work of the elevator; when the elevator is braked and the left and right double-rotation-direction lead screws rotate, the threaded sliding blocks on the two sides synchronously move inwards, the threaded sliding blocks are connected with the brake arms to rotate inwards, the outer brake shoe seats and the outer brake shoes on the brake arms press the brake wheel tightly, the outer side braking action is completed, and the inner brake shoe seats extend outwards along fourth grooves in the I-shaped beams through the connecting arms; the inner brake shoe is tightly attached to the inner ring of the brake wheel, and the inner brake shoe and the inner ring of the brake wheel are reversely braked, so that the inner side braking action is completed; when the descending speed of the elevator exceeds the safety speed set by the second spring, the throwing block hooks the speed limiting buckle on the fixed outer ring of the speed limiter, and emergency braking is carried out to ensure the safety of passengers in the elevator.

    本发明涉及一种特种机械,更具体的说是一种电梯安全制动器。可以通过内、外制动闸瓦分别压紧制动轮的内外两侧进行常规制动,可以通过限速器组合体紧急制动。使用时,曳引轮通过曳引绳牵引轿厢实现电梯上下的正常工作;当电梯进行制动时,当左右双旋向丝杠旋转时,两侧的螺纹滑块同步向内移动,螺纹滑块连接制动臂向内转动,制动臂上的外制动闸瓦座、外制动闸瓦压紧制动轮,完成外侧制动动作,连接臂将内制动闸瓦座沿着工字梁上的槽四向外伸出,内制动闸瓦紧贴制动轮内圈,内制动闸瓦与制动轮内圈的反向刹停,完成内侧制动动作;当电梯下降速度超过弹簧二所设定的安全速度后,甩块钩住限速器固定外圈上的限速扣,紧急制动以保证电梯内乘客的安全。
