    本发明涉及高炉碳砖砌筑技术领域,尤其涉及一种高炉碳砖精确砌筑吊运装置及方法。吊运时第一旋转大臂负责60°角区域,对应满铺碳砖砌筑区域Ⅰ和边砖、环碳砌筑区域Ⅳ,由第一电动葫芦、第四电动葫芦吊运此区域的碳砖;第二旋转大臂负责60°角区域,对应满铺碳砖砌筑区域Ⅱ和边砖、环碳砌筑区域Ⅴ,由第二电动葫芦、第五电动葫芦吊运此区域的碳砖;第三旋转大臂三负责60o角区域,对应满铺碳砖砌筑区域Ⅲ和边砖、环碳砌筑区域Ⅵ,由第三电动葫芦、第六电动葫芦吊运此区域的碳砖。实现高炉碳砖精确砌筑过程中的碳砖快速倒运和精细挪动碳砖吊运,使用安全性高,稳定可靠。
