The invention discloses a device for rapidly hoisting blast furnace carbon bricks. The device comprises a hanging scaffold, a walking mechanism and a hoisting mechanism, wherein the hanging scaffold is hoisted in a blast furnace through a steel wire rope, a steel frame is arranged at the bottom of the hanging scaffold, a steel plate is arranged at the top of the hanging scaffold, the walking mechanism is installed on the lower surface of the hanging scaffold, and the hoisting mechanism is connected with the walking mechanism. Through adopting the novel device for rapidly hoisting the blast furnace carbon bricks, the carbon bricks can be safely, reliably and rapidly mounted during blast furnace construction and overhaul, so that the construction period and overhaul period are guaranteed, and a prerequisite condition is provided for prolonging the service life of the blast furnace in subsequent production. According to the device, the steel plate is arranged at the top of the hanging scaffold to form a partition, the blast furnace is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer, up-and-down cross operation can be performed, the situation that foreign matter falls into the furnace during up-and-down cross operation is avoided, and the safety coefficient is increased. The invention further discloses a using method of the device for rapidly hoisting the blast furnace carbon bricks.
