The invention provides a blast furnace top crane beam hoisting method, and belongs to the technical field of blast furnace ancillary facility installation. The blast furnace top crane beam hoisting method comprises the following steps: assembling a furnace top crane beam and an overhanging frame beam to form an overhanging crane beam; selecting a cantilever crane beam fulcrum and a mast length; the mast is welded to the supporting point of the cantilever crane beam; the connection position of the stay cable is determined; a stay cable is fixed on the mast and the cantilever crane beam to form the cantilever crane beam with a suspension lock structure; the overhanging crane beam with the suspension lock structure is hoisted to the top of the blast furnace through a crane; hoisting the inclined strut to the top of the blast furnace by using a crane; and inclined struts are welded. The overhanging crane beam is formed by installing the furnace top crane beam and the overhanging frame beam on the ground. And the mast and the stay cable are used for fixing to form a suspension lock structure. And finally, the novel technical means of inclined strut welding is carried out after the requirements are met, and the problems that in original hoisting, the temporary supporting amount is large, the high-altitude operation amount is large, and cost is high are solved.

    本发明提供一种高炉炉顶吊车梁吊装方法,属于高炉附属设施安装技术领域。高炉炉顶吊车梁吊装方法包括如下步骤:拼装炉顶吊车梁与外挑框架梁,形成悬挑行车梁;选取悬挑行车梁支点和桅杆长度;将桅杆焊接在悬挑行车梁支点处;确定斜拉索连接位置;将斜拉索固定在桅杆和悬挑行车梁上,形成具有悬锁结构的悬挑行车梁;利用吊车,将具有悬锁结构的悬挑行车梁吊装到高炉炉顶;利用吊车,将斜撑吊装到高炉炉顶;焊接斜撑。本发明通过先在地面安装好炉顶吊车梁与外挑框架梁,形成悬挑行车梁。再用桅杆和斜拉索进行固定,形成悬锁结构。最后满足要求后进行斜撑焊接的新型技术手段,解决了原始吊装中,临时支撑量大,高空作业量大,成本高的问题。
