The invention discloses a preparation method of a date-pit-shaped double-layer deformable honeycomb structure, and relates to the field of flexible structure design of morphing airplanes. The double-layer deformable honeycomb structure formed by date-pit-shaped unit cells is designed according to different skin sizes, deformation capacities and out-of-plane bearing capacities; the structure can be designed by adjusting the length of the connecting plates, the length of the bending plate, the width of the flexible unit, the thickness of the flexible unit, the initial distance between adjacent connecting plates and other parameters. The contradiction that the flexible skin requires large in-plane deformation and enough out-plane bearing capacity is solved, the designability is high, and the process is easy to implement. Different from integral processing of other skin structures, the structure is formed by transversely welding a plurality of cut longitudinal flexible plates, so that the manufacturing difficulty is greatly reduced, and the engineering practicability is relatively high.

    本发明公开了一种枣核型双层可变形蜂窝结构的制备方法,涉及变体飞机柔性结构设计领域,由枣核形单胞构成的双层可变形蜂窝结构,根据蒙皮大小、变形能力、面外承载能力的不同,该结构可通过调整连接板长度、弯曲板长度、柔性单元宽度、柔性单元厚度、相邻连接板初始距离等参数进行设计;本发明解决柔性蒙皮既要求面内大变形,又要求面外足够承载能力的矛盾,而且可设计性强,工艺容易实现。本发明不同于其他蒙皮结构的整体加工,该结构由若干切割好的纵向柔性板横向焊接而成,大大降低了制作难度,具有较高的工程实用性。
