The invention discloses a flexible skin structure based on a double-layer deformable honeycomb, which belongs to the field of flexible structure design of morphing airplanes and consists of a deformable support framework, a flexible filler and an elastic surface layer. The flexible filling adopts a silica gel foaming mode, the elastic surface layer is a silica gel panel, and the deformable supporting framework is a date-pit-shaped double-layer deformable honeycomb. The double-layer deformable honeycomb is formed by arranging jujube-pit-shaped unit cells, the jujube-pit-shaped unit cells are composed of elastic units, and the flexible skin structure is formed by filling foaming silica gel in pores of the deformable honeycomb and laying a silica gel panel on the surface of the deformable honeycomb. The out-of-plane rigidity of the flexible skin is provided by the vertical face of the deformable honeycomb wall plate, and telescopic deformation can be generated in the deformable honeycomb face. According to the flexible skin structure, the in-plane deformation effect is good, and meanwhile the good out-plane bearing capacity is achieved; the double-layer deformable honeycomb structure is high in designability and easy to process; the pores are filled with silica gel foam, so that good air tightness of the structure and smoothness of the surface of the skin are guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种基于双层可变形蜂窝的柔性蒙皮结构,属于变体飞机柔性结构设计领域,由可变形支撑骨架、柔性填充和弹性表层组成。柔性填充采用硅胶发泡的方式,弹性表层为硅胶面板,可变形支撑骨架为枣核形双层可变形蜂窝。双层可变形蜂窝由枣核形单胞排列而成,而枣核形单胞由弹性单元组成,通过在可变形蜂窝的孔隙处填充发泡硅胶并在表面铺设硅胶面板构成柔性蒙皮结构。柔性蒙皮的面外刚度由可变形蜂窝壁板的立面提供,可变形蜂窝面内可以产生伸缩变形。本发明柔性蒙皮结构面内变形效果好,同时具备良好的面外承载能力;双层可变形蜂窝结构可设计性强,易加工;采用硅胶发泡填充孔隙,保证了结构良好的气密性与蒙皮表面的光顺。
