The invention discloses a semi-submersible type offshore photovoltaic platform structure which comprises buoys arranged at four corners, mooring ropes connected with one ends of the buoys, and vertical columns fixedly connected with the other ends of the buoys. Four corners of the photovoltaic platform are fixedly connected with one end, far away from the buoy, of the upright post; the wave dissipation plates are arranged between the buoys and the photovoltaic platform, and the four corners of the wave dissipation plates are connected to the upright columns. According to the structure, the buoy and the wave dissipation plate are arranged, so that the photovoltaic platform structure can be suitable for an offshore environment with a severe wind and wave flow condition; the buoyancy of the buoy is adjusted by adjusting the capacity of ballast water of the buoy, so that the included angle between the photovoltaic platform and the sea level is adjusted to adapt to track changes caused by sunrise and sunset in one day, and the light energy utilization rate is improved. The included angle between the photovoltaic panel and the sea level is adjusted by adjusting the single-degree-of-freedom steering hinge so as to adapt to the track change caused by the movement of the sun in the south-north return line in one year, and the light energy utilization rate is improved.
