The invention relates to the technical field of railway vehicle vibration reduction, in particular to a laminated spring mechanism with a pre-compression function, which comprises a steel spring, an upper connecting piece and a lower damping piece, and the upper connecting piece and the lower damping piece are connected to the upper end and the lower end of the steel spring. The middle of the upper damping plate extends upwards into the middle hollow part of the steel spring to form a middle support, and the upper portion of the middle support comprises a locking table. The upper connecting piece comprises a locking cavity corresponding to the locking table, a locking piece extending into the locking table is arranged in the locking cavity in a penetrating mode, and the steel spring is pre-compressed through cooperation of the locking piece, the locking cavity and the locking table. According to the laminated spring mechanism, the upper connecting piece can be matched with the lower damping piece to pre-compress the steel spring, so that the laminated spring mechanism is suitable for various mounting environments, and meanwhile, the laminated spring mechanism has good transverse stability.

    本发明涉及轨道车辆减振技术领域,具体公开了一种自带预压缩功能的叠层弹簧机构,包括钢弹簧、连接于钢弹簧上下两端的上部连接件和下部减震件,下部减震件包括与钢弹簧的下端连接的减振上板,减振上板的中部向上延伸至钢弹簧的中部空心内形成中部支座,中部支座的上部包括锁紧台;上部连接件包括与锁紧台对应设置的锁紧腔,在锁紧腔内穿设有延伸至锁紧台内的锁紧件,通过锁紧件、锁紧腔和锁紧台相配合对钢弹簧进行预压缩。本发明的上部连接件可与下部减震件相配合对钢弹簧进行预压缩,以使得叠层弹簧机构适用于多种安装环境,同时本发明中叠层弹簧机构具有良好的横向稳定性。
