The invention belongs to the field of fuel cell system control, and provides a fuel cell system multi-gear hysteresis control method and system, and the method comprises the steps: collecting a power battery SOC value of a battery management system; when a signal for allowing the fuel cell system to generate power is received, determining an operation power point of the fuel cell according to the collected SOC value of the cell by using a power multi-gear and hysteresis principle of the SOC value of the power cell; and controlling the output power of the fuel cell according to the determined fuel cell operation power point. By means of the control method, the SOC of the power battery can be maintained in a small interval in the running process of the fuel cell vehicle, it is guaranteed that the fuel cell has few power variable load points, hydrogen consumption of the whole vehicle is reduced, and the service life of the fuel cell is prolonged.
本发明属于燃料电池系统控制领域,提供了一种燃料电池系统多档位滞环控制方法及系统,采集电池管理系统的动力电池SOC值;当接收到允许燃料电池系统发电的信号时,根据采集到的电池SOC值,利用动力电池SOC值的功率多档位且滞环的原则确定燃料电池的运行功率点;根据确定好的燃料电池运行功率点控制燃料电池的输出功率。本发明控制方法能够使燃料电池车辆运行过程中动力电池SOC维持在一个较小的区间,保证燃料电池较少的功率变载点,降低整车氢耗,增加燃料电池使用寿命。
