Motor braking and rear axle braking can be reasonably distributed, the motor braking capacity is fully exerted, and the motor braking energy recovery efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种制动能量回收方法、系统及电动车,涉及电动车制动能量回收技术领域,所述制动能量回收方法包括以下步骤:步骤S10,根据电池的实际温度和实际电量确定电机当前能够使用的制动力矩的最大百分比;步骤S20,根据电机当前能够使用的制动力矩的最大百分比选取预设的电机制动与后桥制动分配曲线,根据选取的预设电机制动与后桥制动分配曲线以及制动踏板实际行程,确定电机实际制动力矩的百分比和后桥制动气压,并以电机实际制动力矩的百分比或/和后桥制动气压进行制动。本发明能将电机制动与后桥制动进行合理分配,充分发挥电机制动能力,提高电机制动能量回收的效率。
