The thick film heating device comprises a substrate, a thick film heating part, a temperature controller and a first heat dissipation piece; the substrate is made of an aluminum material, the thick film heating part is printed on the first wall surface of the substrate, the NTC thermistor paste is printed on the first wall surface of the substrate to form a temperature controller, the temperature controller is used for sensing the temperature to protect the thick film heating part, and the first heat dissipation piece is arranged on the second wall surface of the substrate; the water tank device comprises a flow guide groove and second heat dissipation pieces, the multiple second heat dissipation pieces are arranged at the groove bottom of the flow guide groove at intervals, the second wall face of the base plate and the groove opening edge of the flow guide groove are integrally welded, and a flow guide channel is formed. According to the invention, the influence of a low-temperature environment on a vehicle battery is reduced, the device is light in weight, high in heating safety and long in service life, and the heat exchange efficiency, the conduction efficiency and the reliability of the device are improved.

    本发明提供一种新能源车热管理系统,所述新能源车热管理系统包括:厚膜加热装置、水箱装置和供热装置;厚膜加热装置包括基板、厚膜加热部、温控器和第一散热件;基板的材质为铝材,厚膜加热部印刷成膜于基板的第一壁面,NTC热敏电阻浆料印刷成膜于基板的第一壁面形成温控器,温控器用于感温防护厚膜加热部,第一散热件设于基板的第二壁面上;水箱装置包括导流槽和第二散热件,多个第二散热件间隔设于导流槽的槽底,基板的第二壁面与导流槽的槽口边一体焊接、并形成导流通道。本发明的实现了:减小低温环境对车辆电池的影响,本发明的装置:重量轻、加热安全性高及使用寿命长,提高本发明的热交换效率、传导效率和可靠性。
