The invention discloses a submarine pipeline stray current detection device and a detection method thereof.The submarine pipeline stray current detection device comprises a metal frame, a traction device is installed above an upper supporting transverse frame, a three-dimensional imaging sonar is installed above a lower supporting transverse frame, and the submarine pipeline stray current detection device further comprises a mounting bottom cylinder which is welded and fixed to the bottom of the lower supporting transverse frame; a transmission cylinder is arranged in the mounting bottom cylinder, and an extension cylinder is integrally formed at the bottom of the transmission cylinder; the device further comprises a rotating pipe which is arranged in the extending cylinder, a spiral guide blade is welded and fixed to the outer portion of the rotating pipe, a fixed pipe is arranged in the rotating pipe, a telescopic pipe is slidably installed in the fixed pipe, limiting blocks are integrally arranged on the two sides of the telescopic pipe, and a threaded column is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the telescopic pipe. The bottom of the connecting rod is provided with a needle type electrode, and the stray current of different point positions of the pipeline can be accurately and rapidly detected on the premise that the soil structure of the buried pipeline is not damaged.

    本发明公开了一种海底管道杂散电流检测装置及其检测方法,包括金属框架,所述上支撑横架的上方安装有牵引装置,所述下支撑横架的上方安装有三维成像声呐,还包括安装底筒,其焊接固定在下支撑横架的底部,所述安装底筒的内部设置有传动筒,所述传动筒的底部一体成型有延伸筒;还包括旋转管,其设置在延伸筒的内部,所述旋转管的外部焊接固定有螺旋导向叶片,所述旋转管的内部设置有固定管,所述固定管的内部滑动安装有伸缩管,所述伸缩管的两侧均一体设置有限位块,所述伸缩管的下端固定设置有螺纹柱,所述连接杆的底部安装有针式电极,能够在不破坏掩埋管道土壤结构的前提下准确快捷的检测管道不同点位杂散电流。
