The invention provides a helicopter independent blade variable pitch control actuator which comprises an upper end shell and a lower end shell which are connected through a middle force bearing piece, an actuating rod is installed in the upper end shell, and a motor is installed in the lower end shell. The actuating rod is composed of three sections with different diameters, the outer edge of the second section of the actuating rod is sleeved with a compression spring, and the lower end face of the third section of the actuating rod is a curved surface of a closed sine curve. An output shaft of the motor extends into the upper-end shell and is connected with a rotating shaft, the motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate, and the rotating shaft provides power for enabling the curved surface at the lower end of the moving rod and the side faces of the two needle bearings with the invariable heights to keep relative rolling, so that the curved surface with the height changing along with the amplitude of a sine curve in the vertical direction generates periodic motion; therefore, the up-down reciprocating motion of the actuating rod is generated. The high-order harmonic variable-pitch control device is mounted on a rotor variable-pitch pull rod, high-order harmonic variable-pitch control of blades can be achieved, and vibration of a helicopter rotor can be effectively reduced.

    本发明提供了一种直升机独立桨叶变距控制作动器,包括通过中间承力件连接的上端外壳和下端外壳,上端外壳内安装有作动杆,下端外壳内安装有电机;所述作动杆由直径不同的三段组成,作动杆第二段外缘套有紧压弹簧,作动杆第三段下端面为闭合正弦曲线的曲面;所述电机的输出轴伸入到上端外壳内部连接有旋转轴,电机带动旋转轴旋转,旋转轴提供动作动杆下端曲面和两个高度不变的滚针轴承侧面保持相对滚动的动力,使得竖直方向上的高度随正弦曲线幅值变化的曲面产生周期运动,从而产生作动杆的上下往复运动。本发明安装在旋翼变距拉杆上,可实现桨叶高阶谐波变距操纵,可有效降低直升机旋翼振动。
