The invention discloses a method for disassembling a double-layer shell shield tunneling machine in a tunnel. The technical problem that an existing double-layer shell shield tunneling machine is difficult to disassemble is solved. The device comprises a matched system, a spiral conveyor, a segment erector, a *-shaped beam, a middle shield rear inner block, a middle shield front inner block, a main drive, a front shield inner block and a cutter head which are sequentially disassembled. The middle shield rear inner block, the middle shield front inner block and the front shield inner block are provided with combined lifting lugs and are provided with special tools for disassembling the inner blocks, all the universal lifting appliances are used for lifting all the inner blocks of the shield body through the lifting lugs and the combined lifting lugs respectively, and the combined lifting lugs are rotating centers for supporting the inner blocks to rotate when the inner blocks are lifted. The conditions that a large amount of fire is needed, a large amount of structural parts are cut off, a large amount of pollution smoke is generated, and efficiency and safety are not high in the existing in-tunnel disassembling process are changed, safe, efficient and rapid disassembling and assembling are achieved, the disassembling construction environment in a tunnel is improved, the personnel cost and the equipment cost are reduced, and the construction economy is improved.

    本发明公开了一种在隧道内拆解双层壳体盾构机的方法,解决了现有双层壳体盾构机拆解困难的技术问题。本发明包括依次拆解后配套系统、螺旋输送机、管片拼装机、米字梁、中盾后部内块、中盾前部内块、主驱动、前盾内块、刀盘。所述中盾后部内块、中盾前部内块、前盾内块上设置有组合吊耳且配备有拆解内块专用工装,各个通用吊具分别通过吊耳和组合吊耳吊出盾体的各个内块,所述组合吊耳为吊装内块时支撑内块旋转的旋转中心。本发明改变目前洞内拆机过程中的需要的大量动火、割除大量结构件、产生大量污染烟雾、效率和安全性不高的状况,实现安全高效快速拆装,改善隧道内拆解施工环境,减少人员费用和设备费用,提高施工经济性。
