The invention discloses a construction method for disassembling and hoisting a shield tunneling machine in a narrow space of an arch cover method station, and aims to solve the technical problem that the prior art cannot be suitable for hoisting the shield tunneling machine in the narrow space of the arch cover method station. The construction method comprises the following specific steps: (1) in the construction process of a station secondary lining, arranging an embedded hanging ring at the arch top of a secondary lining buckle so as to facilitate the hoisting work after a shield is disassembled; (2) the shield is disassembled according to the sequence from easy to difficult, from small to large, from back to front, from top to bottom and from inside to outside; (3) the disassembled mechanisms are transported to a starting well according to the disassembling sequence to be hoisted out of the ground for storage; and (4) when the shield body and the cutterhead are disassembled, important parts are avoided, and the shield tunneling machine parts hoisted out of the ground are transported back to a processing factory to be assembled and can be reused. Shield disassembly is carried out according to the sequence of difficulty and easiness, small and large, from back to front, from top to bottom and from inside to outside, important parts are avoided, shield hoisting in a narrow space is achieved, and the shield tunneling machine is repeatedly used.

    本发明公开了一种拱盖法车站狭小空间内盾构机拆解吊装施工方法,旨在解决现有技术无法适用于拱盖法车站狭小空间内盾构机吊装的技术问题。其具体步骤为(1)车站二衬施工过程中,在二衬扣拱顶部设置预埋吊环,以利于盾构拆解后的吊装工作;(2)按照先易后难、先小后大、由后往前、由上而下、由内而外的顺序进行盾构拆解;(3)将拆解后的各个机构按照拆解顺序运输至始发井吊出地面进行存放;(4)盾体及刀盘拆解时避开重要部位,吊出地面后的盾构机零部件运回加工厂进行组装,即可重新进行利用。通过按照先难后易、先小后大、由后往前、由上而下、由内而外的顺序进行盾构拆解,并避开重要部位,实现狭小空间内的盾构吊装并盾构机的重复使用。
