The invention discloses an electric steering engine system of an unmanned aerial vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of electric steering engines, the electric steering engine system of the unmanned aerial vehicle is powered by a thermal battery on the unmanned aerial vehicle, the electric steering engine system of the unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a plurality of steering engines which are independently controlled, and each steering engine drags a control surface. The steering engine comprises a motor, an angular position sensor, a speed reduction transmission mechanism and a steering engine controller. The speed reduction transmission mechanism has the advantages that (1) the speed reduction transmission mechanism is manufactured by adopting a structural form of gear pair and harmonic transmission, a primary gear pair is additionally arranged in front of harmonic waves, the speed reduction ratio of the system can be flexibly adjusted, the transmission direction can be changed, the design requirement is met, the harmonic backlash is extremely small, the bearing capacity per unit weight is large, the structure is compact, and the short-time overload capacity is high; the efficiency is high; (2) the brushless direct current motor is adopted, so that the device has good mechanical characteristics, small size, light weight, high rotating speed and high power;

    本发明公开了一种无人机电动舵机系统,属于电动舵机技术领域,本发明所述的无人机电动舵机系统由无人机上的热电池供电,所述无人机电动舵机系统包括若干个独立控制的舵机,若干个所述的舵机分别拖动一个舵面,所述的舵机包括电机、角位置传感器、减速传动机构及舵机控制器。本发明的优点在于:①本发明通过采用齿轮副+谐波传动的结构形式制成减速传动机构,在谐波前增加的一级齿轮副,可以灵活地调节系统减速比,改变传动方向,满足设计需求,谐波侧隙极小,单位重量的承载能力大,结构紧凑,短时过载能力强,效率也较高;②本发明采用无刷直流电机,具有良好的机械特性,体积小、重量轻、转速高、功率大。
