The invention discloses a redundant steering engine system for an unmanned aerial vehicle. The system is mainly designed for solving the problem that a steering engine on an existing unmanned aerial vehicle cannot normally fly after being damaged. The system comprises a shell, a main steering engine and an auxiliary steering engine, a position sensor is arranged at the end part of a main steeringengine lead screw, a drive motor of the main steering engine is connected with a motor drive board through a power line, the position sensor is connected with a signal amplification circuit through asignal line, the motor drive board is connected with the signal amplification circuit through a signal line, and the signal amplification circuit is connected with a control computer through a signalline; and an auxiliary position sensor is arranged at the end part of a screw rod of the auxiliary steering engine, an auxiliary drive motor of the auxiliary steering engine is connected with an auxiliary motor drive board through a power line, an auxiliary position sensor is connected with an auxiliary signal amplification circuit through a signal line, the auxiliary motor drive board is connected with the auxiliary signal amplification circuit through a signal line, and the auxiliary signal amplification circuit is connected with the control computer through a signal line. The system makes equipment fly normally.

    一种无人飞行器用冗余舵机系统涉及无人飞行器用冗余舵机系统。主要是为解决目前无人飞行器上的舵机损坏后无法无法正常飞行的问题而设计的。它包括壳体、主舵机、副舵机,主舵机丝杆端部有位置传感器,主舵机的驱动电机通过电源线与电机驱动板连接,位置传感器与信号放大电路通过信号线连接,电机驱动板与信号放大电路通过信号线连接,信号放大电路与控制计算机通过信号线连接;副舵机的丝杆端部有副位置传感器,副舵机的副驱动电机通过电源线与副电机驱动板连接,副位置传感器与副信号放大电路通过信号线连接,副电机驱动板与副信号放大电路通过信号线连接,副信号放大电路与控制计算机通过信号线连接。优点是使设备保持正常飞行。
