The invention provides a water quality detection buoy and a processing method thereof in order to solve the problem that water quality detection buoys in the prior art are generally large in size, and belongs to the technical field of water quality detection buoys.The water quality detection buoy comprises a mounting barrel and a floating assembly, the floating assembly is arranged on the mounting barrel in a sleeving mode, and a multi-layer bracket for mounting a water quality detection module is arranged in the mounting barrel; and a top cover which is detachably mounted on the mounting cylinder and seals the opening of the mounting cylinder is arranged at the upper end of the mounting cylinder. According to the invention, the top cover is detachably mounted on the mounting cylinder, and the floating assembly sleeves the mounting cylinder, so that the top cover can be conveniently disassembled for inspection and maintenance during daily maintenance or after the device goes wrong; each layer of the multi-layer bracket can be provided with one water quality detection module or other electric appliance modules, the multiple modules are installed in an upper and lower layer layered mode, more water quality detection modules are installed in the installation cylinder under the condition that the size of the installation cylinder is not changed, the size of the installation cylinder is saved, and therefore the size of the floating cylinder is reduced.

    本发明针对现有技术中水质检测浮筒普遍体积较大的问题,提出了一种水质检测浮筒及其加工方法,属于水质检测浮筒技术领域,包括安装筒和漂浮组件,漂浮组件套设在安装筒上,安装筒内设有安装水质检测模块的多层托架,安装筒的上端设有可拆卸安装在安装筒上的密封住安装筒开口的顶盖。本发明的顶盖可拆卸的安装在安装筒上,漂浮组件套设在安装筒上,在日常维护或者装置出现问题后可以很方便的拆开检查维修;多层托架的每一层都可以安装一个水质检测模块或者其他电器模块,多个模块通过上下层分层安装的方式,在安装筒的体积不变的情况下安装更多的水质检测模块在安装筒内,以节省安装筒的体积,从而减小了浮筒的体积。
