The invention discloses an electronic limited slip control system and method for a four-wheel-drive automobile. The system comprises an electro-hydraulic brake, a brake controller, a longitudinal acceleration sensor, a wheel angular velocity sensor, a whole automobile wire harness, a whole automobile controller and brake cylinders, and the wheel angular velocity sensor, the whole automobile wire harness, the whole automobile controller and the brake cylinders are arranged on each wheel; the electro-hydraulic brake is provided with four output hydraulic ports, and each output hydraulic port is connected with one brake cylinder; one wheel angular velocity sensor is arranged on each wheel; the whole automobile wire harness is used for transmitting the measured angular velocity and automobile acceleration to the brake controller; the vehicle control unit is used for outputting the angular speed, the acceleration, the engine rotating speed, the throttle opening degree and the like to the brake controller. The brake controller calculates the driving torque of the transmission mechanism, calculates the angular acceleration according to the angular velocity, judges whether wheels slip or not, and takes corresponding measures according to the judgment result. The system is low in cost, does not increase oil consumption, does not reduce the controllability of the vehicle, and is high in response speed and good in slip limiting effect.

    本发明公开了一种四驱汽车的电子限滑控制系统和控制方法,所述系统包括电液制动器、制动控制器、纵向加速度传感器以及由汽车自带的车轮角速度传感器、整车线束、整车控制器和制动分泵,制动分泵在每个车轮上各设置一个;电液制动器设有4个输出液压口,各与一个制动分泵连接;车轮角速度传感器在每个车轮上各设置一个;整车线束用于测得的角速度、汽车加速度传递给制动控制器;整车控制器用于向制动控制器输出角速度、加速度、发动机转速和节气门开度等;制动控制器计算出传动机构的驱动力矩,根据角速度计算角加速度,判断车轮是否打滑,并根据判断结果采取相应措施。该系统成本低,不增加油耗、不降低车辆的操控性、反应速度快、限滑效果好。
