The invention discloses a wake-up identification circuit. The wake-up identification circuit comprises a signal receiving module, a plurality of signal processing modules and a controller, wherein the signal receiving module comprises an OR gate circuit, and a plurality of input ends of the OR gate circuit are respectively and correspondingly connected with a plurality of wake-up signal output ends; each signal processing module comprises a first switch element, a second switch element, a first capacitor, a second capacitor and a voltage stabilizing unit; and the controller comprises a plurality of input ends, and the plurality of input ends of the controller are correspondingly connected with the output ends of the second switch elements in the plurality of signal processing modules respectively. The signal processing module in the circuit can identify a wake-up source which arrives at the first in a competitive wake-up application scene, so that an external wake-up event can be responded immediately, and in an emergency event, the response speed of the external wake-up source can be accelerated, the accuracy can be improved, the complexity of software implementation can be reduced, and the reliability can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种唤醒识别电路,包括:信号接收模块、多个信号处理模块及控制器;其中,所述信号接收模块包括或门电路,或门电路的多个输入端分别对应与多个唤醒信号输出端相连;所述每个信号处理模块均包括第一开关元件、第二开关元件、第一电容、第二电容、稳压单元;所述控制器包括多个输入端,所述控制器的多个输入端分别对应与多个所述信号处理模块中的第二开关元件的输出端相连。该电路中的信号处理模块能够识别竞争唤醒应用场景下最先到达的唤醒源,便于立即响应外部唤醒事件,在紧急事件下,能够加快对外部唤醒源的响应速度,提升准确度,降低软件实现的复杂度,提高可靠性。
