A first input end of a first AND gate of a first wake-up circuit is connected with a first wake-up source, a second input end of the first AND gate is connected with an output end of a first diode, an input end of the first diode is connected with a voltage reference end, and an output end of the first diode is connected with a wake-up end of a vehicle-mounted power supply chip and the input end of the first AND gate; the first wake-up circuit is connected in parallel with at least one second wake-up circuit consistent with the first wake-up circuit in structure, meanwhile, a switching circuit is arranged, the enabling end of the switching circuit obtains an enabling signal through the AND gate output end, the connecting end of the switching circuit is connected with the voltage reference end, and the switching circuit changes the voltage state of the voltage reference end according to the enabling signal; through the AND gate and the diode, after the circuit is awakened for the first time and the switching circuit is turned on to enable the voltage reference end to change, other awakening circuits cannot interfere with an awakening signal, and meanwhile other awakening circuits are prevented from awakening the vehicle-mounted power supply chip.
