The invention relates to the technical field of tire manufacturing, in particular to a wide-base tire with a shoulder-reinforced and small-angle winding type belted layer structure. A small-angle winding type belt structure is adopted, a tire can be hooped, and the grounding rectangularity rate is increased; when the tire is hooped, the thickness of the shoulder part is reduced through the differential design, and heat generation is reduced; and the endpoint of the belted layer is protected through the shoulder crown belt, the endpoint stress is dispersed, and the endpoint damage probability is reduced.

    本发明涉及轮胎制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种肩部加强、小角度缠绕式带束层结构宽基轮胎。本发明采用小角度缠绕式带束结构,可以箍紧轮胎,提高接地矩形率;在箍紧轮胎的同时,通过差级的设计,减少肩部的厚度,降低生热;并且通过肩部冠带对带束层端点进行保护,分散端点应力,降低端点损坏机率。
