The invention provides a tire with a polyester spiral winding belted layer. The tire is a motorcycle tire. The tire consists of a tread part, a lining layer, a pair of tire side parts, a pair of tire bead parts and a reinforcing member, the reinforcing component is sequentially provided with at least one spiral winding belted layer, at least one tire body belted layer and at least one tire body cord fabric layer from outside to inside, and a reinforcing cord thread of the spiral winding belted layer of the tire is a polyester cord thread. And on the premise that the durability and the handling stability of the tire are not influenced, the tire has better dimensional stability, turning maneuverability and riding comfort.

    本发明提供一种具有聚酯螺旋缠绕带束层的轮胎,该轮胎为摩托车轮胎;该轮胎由胎面部、内衬层、一对胎侧部、一对胎圈部及增强构件组成;所述增强构件由外向内依次设置有至少一层螺旋缠绕带束层、至少一层胎体带束层、至少一层胎体帘布层,该轮胎螺旋缠绕带束层的增强帘线为聚酯帘线,通过对聚酯帘线及轮胎结构进行了创新改进,在不影响轮胎耐久及操纵稳定性的前提下,使得轮胎具有较佳的尺寸稳定性、转弯操纵性及骑乘舒适性。
