The invention discloses an all-steel radial tire which comprises a tire body, a tire core and a tire core, the lining layer is arranged on the inner side of the tire body; the belt ply is arranged on the outer side of the tire body, and the belt ply is used for hooping the tire body; the reinforcing layer is arranged at a tire shoulder inside the lining layer, the reinforcing layer is used for fixing the tire shoulder of the lining layer by adding an angled cord thread reinforcing layer bound at the tire shoulder, the first cavity is filled with shoulder pad rubber, and the second cavity is filled with pad rubber. The angle of the first belted layer is 40-70 degrees; and the angles of the second belted layer, the third belted layer and the fourth belted layer are all 15-25 degrees. The reinforcing layer is a cord thread reinforcing layer, and the angle of the cord thread reinforcing layer ranges from 15 degrees to 30 degrees. The shoulder stress of the tire crown is improved, the shoulder rigidity of the tire crown is improved, and the problems of groove cracks, shoulder cracks and line exposure are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种全钢子午线轮胎,该轮胎包括,胎体;内衬层,所述内衬层设置于所述胎体内侧;带束层,所述带束层设置于所述胎体外侧,所述带束层用于箍紧所述胎体;补强层,所述补强层设置于所述内衬层内部胎肩处,所述补强层用于固定所述内衬层胎肩通过增加一层束缚于胎肩部位的带角度的帘线补强层,第一空腔填充有肩垫胶,第二空腔内填充有垫胶。所述第一带束层的角度为40‑70度;所述第二带束层、所述第三带束层和所述第四带束层的角度均为15‑25度。所述补强层为帘线补强层,所述帘线补强层的角度为15‑30度。改善轮胎胎冠肩部受力,提高胎冠肩部刚性,避免出现沟裂、肩裂、露线问题。
