本发明公开了一种全钢载重子午线轮胎,涉及子午线轮胎技术领域。本发明对轮胎的外轮廓断面宽SW、下侧板高度LSH、胎圈部定位线宽度TTZ进行了优化设计,在给定的技术参数约束下,轮胎胎圈部位的受力变形较小;同时在结构设计上对胎体帘布端点高度HSC,胎圈包布外侧端点高度HWC.O,胎圈包布内侧端点高度HWC.I,硬三角胶上端点高度HHBF,设置于胎体帘布、三角胶及钢丝圈之间胎圈部整体补强层,以及设置在胎体帘布与胎圈包布内侧端点之间的胎圈包布内侧补强层进行了优化设计,并对补强层的强度及帘线覆胶的强度及模量有新的要求;在配方材料上对软、硬三角胶的变形和模量匹配也进行了深入探索验证,从而使得整个胎圈部位受力变形变小,从而降低胎体帘布端点、胎圈包布外/内侧端点、硬三角胶上端点,钢丝圈最宽位置的早期裂口,有效延长了轮胎使用寿命。
