The invention relates to an anti-collision early warning method and system for a mining shuttle car. According to the anti-collision early warning method for the mining shuttle car, the distance between the shuttle car and an obstacle serves as a trigger condition, a plurality of early warning levels are divided, early warning response parameters matched with the different early warning levels are set, and the early warning response parameters are set from the three aspects of hearing, vision and touch. Ultrasonic detection is carried out on a preset detection range in the moving direction of a shuttle car, so that real-time distance information of obstacles in the detection range is detected, then a judgment result of an early warning level is made according to the real-time distance information, and finally, an early warning execution module is used for executing and adjusting to a matched early warning response parameter. Collision early warning of the shuttle car is achieved in an auditory, visual and tactile comprehensive early warning mode, a driver can be assisted in judging the distance between the shuttle car and an obstacle, collision of the shuttle car is avoided, and potential safety hazards during coal mine collection are effectively reduced.

    本发明涉及一种矿用梭车防碰撞预警方法及系统。该矿用梭车防碰撞预警方法通过将梭车与障碍物之间的距离作为触发条件,划分多个预警等级,再设定与不同预警等级相匹配的预警响应参数,并且预警响应参数从听觉、视觉以及触觉三个层面出发进行设定。通过对梭车移动方向上的预定探测范围进行超声波探测,从而检测出该探测范围内障碍物的实时距离信息,进而根据该实时距离信息作出预警等级的判断结果,最后利用一个预警执行模块执行并调节至匹配的预警响应参数,利用听觉、视觉以及触觉的综合预警方式来实现梭车的碰撞预警,可以辅助驾驶员判断梭车与障碍物之间的距离,避免梭车发生碰撞,有效减少煤矿采集时的安全隐患。
