The invention discloses an anti-collision early warning system and method.The system comprises laser radars, Internet of Vehicles equipment and a control terminal, the laser radars arranged on the roadside are about 6-9 meters away from the road surface and used for collecting point cloud data and transmitting the point cloud data to the control terminal, and the control terminal sends the point cloud data to the Internet of Vehicles equipment; the control terminal uses a convolutional neural network to perform object identification and classification on the point cloud data, uses a Kalman filter to track the identified object, and predicts the position of the object after a certain period of time in the future; judging whether a collision event occurs at the position of the object after a certain period of time in the future or not; and if yes, sending an alarm to the object through the vehicle networking equipment on the roadside. As the laser radar arranged at the high position has a wider visual field, the number of vehicle-mounted sensors can be reduced, and the driving safety is improved.
