According to the hoisting device for transporting the heavy components and the using method of the hoisting device, a second motor is controlled to operate, a second chain wheel is driven to rotate, a chain driven by the second chain wheel also drives a first chain wheel to rotate, a shaft rod located on the inner shaft portion of the first chain wheel also rotates, and after the shaft rod rotates, one end of the shaft rod is in transmission with a second shaft frame through a transmission belt; and the outer wall of the transmission belt is fixed with the grooved rail through a fixing block, so that the left-right displacement control of the grooved rail is realized.
