The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering instruments, and discloses an assembly type building component hoisting device and a hoisting method.The surface of the lower portion of a hoisting tool is provided with external threads, side blocks are embedded in the two sides of the upper portion of the hoisting tool, and the bottom end of a hoisting plate located on one side of a hoisting rope is fixedly connected with a limiting piece; the outer wall of the movable ring is fixedly connected with the rack, and the inner wall of the movable ring is provided with an internal thread matched with the external thread. The limiting piece is arranged at the bottom end of the lifting plate, when a prefabricated part needs to be unhooked, the lifting appliance is promoted to move to the position below the limiting piece through winding operation of the lifting rope, the lifting appliance is connected with the movable ring in a threaded and sleeved mode, meanwhile, the movable ring is driven to rotate through a motor and components of the motor arranged in the limiting piece, and vertical upward movement of the lifting appliance is achieved; therefore, the lifting appliance clamped in the mounting point of the prefabricated part can be automatically taken out, the lifting efficiency is effectively improved, and the safety of constructors is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及建筑工程器械技术领域,且公开了一种装配式建筑构件吊装装置及其吊装方法,所述吊具的下方表面设有外螺纹,所述吊具的上方两侧内嵌有侧块,位于所述吊绳一侧的吊板底端固定连接有限位件,所述活动环的外壁与齿条固定连接,所述活动环的内壁设有与外螺纹相适配的内螺纹。本发明通过在吊板的底端设置限位件,当预制构件需进行拆钩时,通过吊绳的收卷操作,促使吊具移动至限位件的下方,并使得吊具与活动环螺纹套接,同时利用限位件内设置的电机及其部件,带动活动环旋转并实现吊具的竖直上移,由此可将卡接在预制构件安装点内的吊具自动取出,既有效提高吊装效率,又保证施工人员的安全性。
