The anti-deformation composite airfoil comprises upper foam, lower foam, a fiber reinforced bottom plate arranged between the upper foam and the lower foam, and a skin, wherein each of the upper foam and the lower foam comprises at least two arched foam units, the foam units are tightly attached, and gaps among the foam units are filled with fiber strips in the spanwise direction of the airfoil. According to the method, the deformation of the foam under pressure can be obviously reduced, so that the orientation of skin fibers on the surface of the foam is closer to a theoretical design direction, and the consistency and reliability of the quality of airfoil products are improved.
