The invention relates to a composite material main bearing airfoil applying a dovetail joint structure and a preparation method of the composite material main bearing airfoil. The main bearing airfoil comprises sandwich foam, a metal joint and a skin, the sandwich foam is connected with the mortise of the prefabricated dovetail joint on the metal joint through the tenon of the prefabricated dovetail joint, or the sandwich foam is connected with the tenon of the prefabricated dovetail joint on the metal joint through the mortise of the prefabricated dovetail joint; and the outer parts of the sandwich foam and the metal joint are coated with the skin. The sandwich foam and the skins, namely the composite panels, on the upper portion and the lower portion of the sandwich foam can be designed to be variable in thickness so as to meet the trend change that the load borne by the main bearing airfoil in the working process is gradually reduced from the root to the wingtip. The sandwich foam in the airfoil is connected through the prefabricated tenons/mortises and the prefabricated mortises/tenons of the metal joints, and the tensile strength and the deformation coordinating capacity of the joints are improved.

    本发明涉及一种应用燕尾榫结构的复合材料主承力翼面及其制备方法。该主承力翼面包括夹芯泡沫、金属接头和蒙皮;所述夹芯泡沫通过预制的燕尾榫的榫头与所述金属接头上预制的燕尾榫的榫眼相连接,或者所述夹芯泡沫通过预制的燕尾榫的榫眼与所述金属接头上预制的燕尾榫的榫头相连接;所述夹芯泡沫和所述金属接头的外部包覆所述蒙皮。所述夹芯泡沫以及所述夹芯泡沫上下的蒙皮即复合材料面板可为变厚度设计,以符合主承力翼面工作过程中受到的载荷从根部到翼尖逐渐变小的趋势变化。本发明中翼面内部的夹芯泡沫通过预制的榫头/榫眼和金属接头预制的榫眼/榫头相连接,提高了连接处的抗拉强度及协调变形的能力。
