According to the control method and device of the vehicle brake vacuum boosting system, the corresponding operation states of the vacuum pump of the brake pedal under the different pedal brake working conditions are accurately recorded before the clamping stagnation fault occurs, the vacuum pump is reasonably controlled after the clamping stagnation fault occurs, necessary brake vacuum boosting can be provided, and the brake efficiency is improved. And the intelligent process of the vehicle braking vacuum boosting system is promoted.
